Have you ever wondered how it feels to be among the crowns of trees? Well, thanks to the cable cars, you can find the answer to this query in Costa Rica.

The journey in cable car allows you to observe, from the heights of the forest all that the ecosystems offer, in fact, you could be very near of some animals that are difficult to see in the surface. The experience this activity give is without a doubt relaxing and generates admiration and respect for the nature.

Rain Forest Aerial Tram (Atlantic) One of the most captivating experiences ever, is going through a forest, and let your self enchant by the beauty that nature offers. Especially, if the journey is made from the top of trees crowns of rainy tropical forest.

it’s in a private reservation, near Braulio Carrillo National Park.

Those with physical limitation, can also enjoy this activity, since it has access ramps in the car that takes you to the boarding platform, what allows you to get into the Aerial Tram without problems. In the road toward the boarding platform, you go on a small bridge over a river, but if you prefer, you can go down and while the car crosses the bridge, a parallel journey can be made in a hanging bridge.

Already in the "gondolas" (a total of 25), the journey that take one an a half hour begins, time that you can use for being filled with the peace that the environment offers, and for appreciate the nature, from a different view. You can even see the creeks formed after the rain. Hummingbirds, monkeys, butterflies, snakes and other species of animals can also be seen.

At halfway, it is possible to descend out of the "gondola" and walk for a small path that goes to a mirador, from which you can contemplate part of Braulio Carrillo National Park and the Caribbean’s plains.

Continuing with the trip, it’s possible to observe Caño Negro Volcano, but only if there’s not a lot of fog.

Inside the reservation, there are other two paths. In one of them, it’s possible to observe frogs of different color, although they are very pretty, you should not touch them because they are poisonous.

Is better to make this trip in Aerial Tram early in the morning, so you have more possibility for making this journey without rain and to enjoy more of all that the Aerial Tram of the rainy forest offer
